Inspell is a spell checker for the iPhone 3.0 OS and it cost $2.99 in the cydia store.This means you ahve to have a Jailbroken iPhone in order to do this but hey thats up to you.

Inspell adds a little red line under misspelled words on the fly and it doesn’t slow down the typing performance.
